This is traditional blend for Costieres de Nimes region: famous Land of Garrigues (Mediterranean herbs, lavender, rosemary, pines and olive trees) located up north from Montpellier city, 30kms away from the seaside. Limestone soil, high filtration power and depth of the terroir of schists. Vinification with strict temperature control. Aging in French oak barrel for 9 months.
